My name is Mitchell. I enjoy creating art. Fractals are my main medium. I am hesitant to use the word fractal, as it derives from fractus: “broken”. They rarely feel broken to me. But they evade all other description, so fractal will do.
This is the main site for displaying my fractal art.

SOFTWARE
The programs I use for creating fractals are Apophysis for 2d fractal flames and Mandelbulb3d for 3d fractals. Some abstract backgrounds were made in Filterforge.
I bring the rendered fractals into Photoshop to create compositions and manipulate them into the finished pieces you see.
